Cera Care in Calderdale & Halifax is seeking a committed Care Assistant to join our Community Care team on a full-time basis. You will support clients with daily living activities, personal care and meal preparation, while fostering safe, respectful relationships and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including washing and dressing
• Managing medications as needed
• Cooking or preparing hot meals
• Helping with domestic tasks
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to clients
