Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care Assistant at The Weymouth Care Home to help residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional support. You will promote independence and foster positive relationships within a compassionate, family-run environment.

We offer fully funded induction, ongoing training, career development, mileage allowance, Blue Light Card discounts, and wellbeing initiatives. DBS is required; salary aligns with national minimum wage for over 21s.

• Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and their families.
• Experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist people to promote their own independence.
