Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is looking for a Health Care Assistant at Lepton Heights Care Home in Huddersfield. You will support adults with complex care needs and contribute to their wellbeing in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Experience in care settings is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication with residents and families is important.
