Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in Bracknell, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required and full-time or part-time roles with daytime and evening shifts are available.

You will provide personal care, companionship and practical help in clients' own homes. A driving license and access to a vehicle are required, with a flexible shift pattern and weekend off in rotation where possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as needed and assist with cooking or hot meals.
• Help with domestic tasks and provide companionship, reassurance and encouragement.
