Retain Healthcare is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support care and nursing homes across Wiltshire. This agency role offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to work within the local healthcare community, matching your availability.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, and providing emotional support to residents. Commitment to 20 hours per week and a mandatory induction are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months proven experience in a UK care setting.
• Commitment to at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to attend mandatory induction training.
• Please note: We do not offer visa sponsorship for these roles.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assisting residents with mobility and meal times.
• Medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Delivering emotional support and companionship.
• Ensuring safety and confidentiality within the care setting.
• Maintaining 100% confidentiality regarding resident information.
