Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker in Burnley or nearby areas. You will deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility and hygiene support, and help service users maintain independence with dignity.

The role offers fully flexible hours, weekly pay, and free online training. Ideal candidates will have 6 months UK-based experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and be able to provide 2-year references and an overseas police check

Qualificações

• 6+ months UK-based care or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies.
• Ability to provide personal care, medication administration, feeding and manual handling.
• Provide a 2-year work reference history.
• Overseas Police Check if UK residence for less than 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility, and hygiene support.
• Administer medication in line with individual care plans.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing of service users.
• Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
• Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
• Manage emergency situations in line with established protocols.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and care records.
