Qualifications

• Duties include personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and using assistive equipment.
• Meal and drink preparation and monitoring dietary intake.
• Assistance with toileting, incontinence care and bedding changes.

Responsabilités

• Assisting service users with personal care.
• Supporting daily living tasks and providing emotional support.
• Assisting with medication management if required.
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and team members.
