Job summary

Cera Care in Ramsgate is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service. No experience required, full- or part-time permanent roles, days and nights.

You will support residents with personalised care, daily living tasks, and companionship in an environment with enhanced training and excellent benefits. We offer secure hourly pay (£12.75–£13.00), a disability-free path to progression, DBS/PVG paid, and access to wellbeing and discounts platforms.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping others, and previous caring experience is desirable but not essential.
• You should be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Assist with light housework and mealtimes as part of personalised care plans.
• Provide companionship and ensure residents feel safe and valued.
