Job summary

Cera is recruiting Care Workers, Support Workers and Care Assistants across Montrose and surrounding areas. We offer full-time, part-time, evenings-only and weekends-only roles with flexible availability and comprehensive in-house training.

You will support vulnerable clients with daily tasks, personal care and medication assistance. No prior care experience is required, and PVG checks plus UK work rights are needed.

Qualifications

• No formal care experience required; full in-house training provided.
• PVG check and right to work in the UK required.
• Scottish registration (SSSC) and SVQ2 funded by employer; fees may apply to employee.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as continence support, washing and dressing.
• Support with medication administration and daily tasks.
• Prepare hot meals and assist with domestic chores.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Support customers in Montrose and surrounding areas as part of the care team.
