Job summary

Cera is recruiting Care Assistants in Poole to support our mission of transforming social care and helping clients live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, and you’ll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance. No experience is required as full training is provided; you must be eligible to work in the UK and ready to undergo a DBS check.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and help with cooking hot meals.
• Support domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance.
