Training is provided, and employees receive DBS check, a company mobile phone, and a uniform. Flexible shifts with weekend patterns help balance work and life while building meaningful community relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for others is plus, training provided on the job.
• Ability to assist with personal care, meals and medication.
• Able to travel to clients in Morecambe and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with medications and meals in clients' homes.
• Visit clients across Morecambe, Heysham, Middleton, Overton and Heaton.
• Travel between client visits and maintain high quality care.
