Helping Hands is seeking a Care Assistant in Telford (West 6) with flexible hours. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; you will support people to live independently and feel safe in their homes.

This role offers competitive pay of £15.20 per hour, mileage paid, and opportunities for development through Apprenticeships and nationally recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK without restriction.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care roles.
• Compassionate, reliable and patient with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship to customers in their homes.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support mobility and safety, following care plans.
• Oversee and administer medications as directed.
• Help with household tasks and errands.
