Universal Care Services is seeking caring Care Assistants to support clients in Swaffham, Narborough, Foulden, Sporle, Necton and surrounding areas. You’ll follow predictable AM and PM rounds, assist with meals, medication prompts and general domestic tasks to help clients live independently at home.

No prior experience required; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are advantageous for visiting clients; a DBS check is provided, with

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance are essential
• Right to work in the UK and eligible to work
• Experience as Care Assistant, Support Worker or NHS background welcomed
• Willingness to work alternate weekends

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in daily life including meal prep, medication prompts, and domestic tasks
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Providing companionship and encouragement
• Encouraging client involvement in care planning
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
