Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help residents maintain dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, while delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

We provide full training and a supportive team environment where your caring nature is valued. A PVG check and UK work authorisation are required, with sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and communication skills are essential.
• Must be authorised to work in the UK and willing to undergo PVG checks.
• Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Care for Residents, supporting personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Assist with meals and ensure residents’ dignity and individual needs are met.
