Job summary

Cera Care is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Trailway Court, Blandford Forum. This part-time and full-time permanent role offers day and night shifts with on-call duties.

No previous experience required, and training is provided to support your development. As a Care Assistant you will help residents with daily tasks and personal care, contributing to a supportive, caring environment and helping them live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents in Extra Care unit, assisting with daily activities and personal care.
• Support residents to live as independently as possible with personalised care and support plans.
• On-call rota participation including 1 weekday and 1 weekend shift every 4 weeks.
