Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Care Assistant to join our dedicated team across our England residential care settings. Bank shifts available: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am, with opportunities to support residents daily and participate in meaningful activities.

You do not need previous experience; we value empathy, a warm-hearted approach, and strong communication. You will help residents embrace life, promote independence, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial.
• Empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out.
• Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
