Job summary

Easteden Care Group in Northern Ireland is seeking Care Assistants to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents in our homes. You will support daily living activities, wellbeing, independence and quality of life in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality and person-centred care tailored to residents’ needs.
Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily living activities.
Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
Observe and report changes in resident wellbeing appropriately.
