No experience? No problem — we offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training to help you begin your career with Advinia Health Care and progress within our 36 UK care homes.

Qualifications

• Fantastic people skills and strong communication abilities.

• Adaptable and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• No experience? Comprehensive induction and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respect residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Provide person-centred support to help residents stay as independent as possible.
• Work with residents and families to deliver person-centred care.
• Support with personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date records for each resident.
