Alina Homecare is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients at home in Hagley and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship, personal care, medication reminders, and assist with meals and mobility, helping maintain independence and dignity.

No previous experience required as full training is provided, with tailored progression paths. Flexible hours and competitive pay offered, plus mileage reimbursement and support from the Alina Homecare Academy.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – be a friendly face and reduce loneliness.
• Personal Care – assist with daily hygiene.
• Medication – collect prescriptions and provide reminders.
• Mealtimes – prepare meals.
• Housekeeping – keep the home as the client likes.
• Mobility – assist with getting around.
