Job summary

Care South is seeking a Domestic Assistant for the Bank Team in the UK. The role offers a wage of £12.30 per hour with holiday cover and call-out shifts.

Ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to help others, be flexible with hours, and ideally hold a driving license with access to a vehicle. Full training is provided, and DBS checks are supported. This is a values-driven, community-focused role within a not-for-profit charity.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
• Training provided for care experience not essential.
• Driver with access to a vehicle preferred.
• Vehicle insurance on the vehicle or willingness to obtain it.
• Flexibility in hours, occasional weekend work.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and abilities of clients and provide encouragement.
• Deliver domestic support and meal preparation.
• Support with community visits (shopping and leisure trips).
• Clean and upkeep of communal areas.
• Maintain regular communication with office support team.
• Reflect HEART values in daily work.
