Job summary
Bluebird Care is looking for a compassionate Care Assistant in the UK. You will support customers in their own homes with daily living activities and work as part of a friendly team.
The role offers flexible hours and a structured induction, with paid travel time and a generous enhanced rate on bank holidays. Applicants should have a full driving licence and access to their own reliable vehicle, with alternate weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
