Care Staff (PER) is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents at Perrins Hall Care Home in Malvern. No experience required; full training will be provided to help you build confidence and progress in your career.

You will work days or nights, full or part-time, and contribute to activities, personal care, meals, and maintaining independence. Strong communication, teamwork, and IT skills are valued, with on-site parking and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Full training and ongoing development to help you build confidence, gain qualifications, and progress your professional career.
• Good written/verbal communication and people skills are important.
• Team members work alternate weekends.
• Flexibility is important.
