Job summary

Right at Home Cheshire East is seeking dedicated care assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes across the local community.

No prior care experience is required, but appreciated; full training is provided. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours with flexible, guaranteed, or block hours available. Mileage, pension, and holiday pay are provided as part of a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to work alternate weekends.
• Must live within 8 miles of the areas covered.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people in your local community.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication support.
• Preparing healthy meals.
• Shopping and household support.
• Supporting Clients to get out and about in the local area.
