Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Normandy and surrounding areas. You will help with companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals and light housekeeping to maintain independence and dignity.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided through the Alina Homecare Academy. You’ll enjoy flexible or guaranteed hours, mileage paid, and a £500 joining bonus.

Qualifications

• A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to your work.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to support clients in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity and self-worth.
• Provide companionship and assist with personal care, medication reminders, meals, housekeeping and mobility.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team.
• Attend training and complete required documentation.
