Job summary

Anglian Care in Chelmsford is seeking a Care Assistant to support adults in their own homes with practical, emotional and social care. You will help with personal care, meals and daily living while ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

We offer a £250 New Starter Bonus for September starters, fully paid training, flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, 45p per mile mileage, DBS and uniform paid, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; full training provided.
• UK driving license and own car with business insurance are required.
• Flexibility to work a mix of daytimes, evenings and alternate weekends.
• Kindness and compassion; able to support vulnerable adults with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults in their own homes, providing practical, physical, emotional and social support.
