Job summary

St Mark's Care Home in Maidenhead is seeking a Care Assistant (Bank) to support residents with companionship and personal care on a flexible bank basis.

You will document changes, assist with nutrition, and help with activities, while maintaining care plans and following regulatory requirements.

Bupa UK provides training, DBS checks, paid induction, and benefits; experience in care or Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Motivation and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable care home experience or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents' behavior and report as required.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individual or group.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulations.
