Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant in one of our care homes. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support residents with daily living activities, personal care and companionship.

You will work as part of a team, follow care plans, promote wellbeing and independence, and build meaningful relationships. Training and development are provided, with the aim of making a real difference in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care.
