Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents in our care home. You will help with daily living, provide companionship, and follow care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care. Qualifications

• Experience caring for older people
• Strong communication and empathy
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
