Job summary

Community Care Live is recruiting a Care Assistant for Fleming House in Eastleigh. You will support daily living, assist with personal care, and help residents feel safe, comfortable and valued as part of a warm, respectful team.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care isn’t essential to join us as a Care Assistant; what matters is the right values, skills and motivations to provide high quality care.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues, and to work as part of a supportive team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a caring and patient approach to daily tasks.

• Support daily living and personal care to residents, ensuring comfort, wellbeing and safety.
• Provide person-centred care by tailoring support to each resident’s needs.
