You’ll be joining Care Concern Group, a values-led care home network, as a Care Assistant. You’ll support residents with daily routines, encourage independence, and help maintain health and happiness in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
• Ideally 6 months of Care Assistant experience.
• Genuine passion for elderly care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Empower Independence: assist residents with daily routines and encourage activity.
• Personalized Care: follow care plans with hands-on support.
• Health and Wellbeing: monitor residents and liaise with nurses.
• Champion Dignity: uphold respect and value for each resident.
• Social Support: foster social interactions among residents and staff.
• Safety and Comfort: keep spaces clean, safe, and respond to bells.
• Nutritional Support: assist with eating and drinking as needed.
• Spread Smiles: create a warm, welcoming environment daily.
