Job summary

Caremark is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant (Driver) to support clients across Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth. You will provide personal care with dignity while promoting independence and liaising with the Field Care Supervisor.

You will assist with mobility, daily living tasks, meals, and reporting on health changes. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential; flexibility, compassion, and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and support to customers.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
• Ability to work with dignity and promote independence.
• Experience delivering care in a UK setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility, personal care, dressing, washing and toilet needs.
• Support clients in daily activities, including meals, feeding where required, and light household tasks.
• Promote client independence and wellbeing; engage in activities and social interactions.
• Record observations and report health changes to Field Care Supervisor or Care Manager.
