Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, including toileting and showering.
• Assist with cooking and meal preparation.
• Prompt the individual to take medication.
• Help with household chores and homemaking.
• Support attendance to appointments.
• Assist with food shopping.
• Provide transportation to school/work/college.
• Encourage socialisation and activities.
