Job summary
HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Wales, Caerphilly, to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. The role is full-time, 33 hours per week, with day and night shifts.
You will support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, assisting with personal care, meals and daily activities while upholding dignity and individuality.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Help with daily activities in the home and maintain residents' dignity.
