Job summary

HC-One is recruiting a Care Assistant to support residents in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes in Scotland. You will assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring dignity and individuality.

The role emphasises safeguarding, compassionate care, and joining a team that values wellbeing and development. Full training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred care in a care home or similar setting.
• Ability to support residents with daily living activities with dignity.
• Willingness to participate in safeguarding and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, meals, hygiene, dressing and mobility tasks.
• Support emotional and social wellbeing of residents under supervision.
• Contribute to a safe and respectful environment and report concerns.
