Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical ability to complete manual handling training to move and reposition residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Report any changes in residents' condition or behaviour promptly to the supervising nurse.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
