Job summary

Barchester Healthcare, Exeter-based, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and companionship in a dedicated care home environment.

You’ll follow individual care plans, help with meals and daily activities, and spend one-to-one time with residents to enhance their quality of life. We provide training to help you thrive and grow in a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Experience of caring for older people.
• Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy and warm-hearted approach with compassion to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
