Job summary

Manor Court Care Home (part of the Bupa family) in Southall, London is seeking a Care Assistant to join our bank team. You’ll provide person-centred care, companionship and support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing in a warm setting.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in residents' behaviour with appropriate records.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration per care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulations.
