Job summary

Avon Court Care Home in Chippenham is seeking a Care Assistant to provide high quality, person-centred care to residents. You will support daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans with dignity and respect.

Full training and ongoing development are provided; experience not essential. You will work as part of a supportive team, with DBS/pension paid, uniform provided, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Caring and respectful approach to residents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in role.
• Experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
