Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support daily living activities and routines.
• Build relationships and provide companionship.
• Engage residents in activities and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team delivering person-centred care.
