A dynamic, technology-led managing agency in Greater London is seeking a part-time Company Secretary for 3-6 months on a flexible role of 2.5 to 4 days per week, with 2 days in office. You will serve as the governance expert, ensuring compliance and supporting the leadership in making informed decisions. Ideal candidates will have a Chartered Secretary qualification, a strong track record in corporate governance, and exceptional communication skills. Looking for a high-impact part-time role in the Lloyd’s market? We’re partnering with a dynamic, technology-led managing agency to appoint a Company Secretary on a FTC for 3-6 months. The role is part time from 2.5 - 4 days per week with 2 days office based. You’ll be the go-to governance expert, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting the Board and Committees, and enabling the leadership team to make confident, well-informed decisions.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
