We're on the lookout for an experienced Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. As a key team within our firm, we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide and work closely with colleagues across other specialist areas. From day one, you'll support both our internal and external clients with their company secretarial needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with client board and shareholder meetings.
  • Manage statutory books held by the firm in its capacity as company secretary.
  • Support LLPs where corporate administrative assistance is required.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
