We’re on the lookout for a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a key part of our firm we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide and work closely with colleagues across other specialist areas. From day one you’ll support both our internal and external clients with their company secretarial needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client board and shareholder meetings, managing statutory books held by the firm in its capacity as company secretary or supporting LLPs where corporate administrative assistance is required in addition to handling a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
