A global specialty lines insurer in London is seeking a Governance Assistant to support corporate governance and compliance for UK subsidiaries. Responsibilities include assisting with statutory work, maintaining documentation systems, and supporting board meetings. The ideal candidate will have CGI qualifications, knowledge of corporate governance, and strong administrative skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits package.
The Role
The role will support the Company Secretary team with ensuring that the Group maintains high standards of corporate governance across all its entities and complies with all statutory requirements. Supporting on key governance projects and will be an integral part of the change process for the department.
