This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong company secretarial experience to take ownership of both transactional support and standalone company secretarial matters.

The Role
  • Provide high-quality legal and administrative support across a broad range of company secretarial work.
  • Assist with corporate transactions, maintain statutory records, and ensure compliance with Companies House requirements.
  • Conduct company searches and prepare reports for solicitors and clients, maintain and update statutory registers for client companies and provide company secretarial support for property transactions and handovers.
Skills Required
  • Experience providing UK company secretarial services (ideally in a law firm or professional services environment).
  • Strong technical knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and Companies House procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
