What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, tax returns, and statutory regulations
  • Work alongside the Managing Director on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operational functioning
  • Improve and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls
  • Provide support for audit and liaise with external advisors and stakeholders
  • Carry out general ad hoc tasks that support business and operational needs
About You
  • Bookkeeper or part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with strong experience
  • Experience in a sole finance role or small business environment is highly desirable
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable working closely with senior management
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic, growing environment
