At Bright Dawn Home Care, we’re looking for warm, creative, and dependable individuals to join our team as Companionship and Activities Coordinator.

In this rewarding role, you’ll bring joy, engagement, and emotional support to our clients - helping them stay active, connected, and fulfilled in their own homes, outings, as well as supporting our regular coffee mornings.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to clients’ interests and abilities e.g., crafts, music, gentle exercise and outings
  • Provide meaningful companionship through conversation, shared hobbies, and emotional support
  • Encourage independence and promote wellbeing and confidence
  • Work alongside families and colleagues to ensure each client’s day is positive and purposeful
What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from caring, compassionate individuals with great communication skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for improving people’s lives.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and some weekends
  • Experience in care, activities, or community support is an advantage - but full training is provided
