Job summary

Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge & Felixstowe is seeking caring Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes across Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge and Felixstowe. You will provide companionship and practical support to help clients live independently.

You will perform light housekeeping, personal care, meal prep, and accompany clients to appointments, with a flexible pattern that can include weekends and evenings. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Have a caring nature and want to help others.
• Hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have your own vehicle.
• Are reliable and can work an agreed pattern, which is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Companionship - be the regular contact for your client.
• Light housekeeping to keep the home tidy and safe.
• Assist with routines and personal care.
• Prepare meals or assist with shopping.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings.
