Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across South Locality.
• Comfort with using electronic patient records and a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Assess and discharge patients following department protocols.
• Carry out assessments and treatments with supervision from qualified staff.
• Record actions clearly and input data into SystmOne daily.
• Work with GPs, social services and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Attend in-service training and participate in appraisals.
• Maintain equipment safely and adhere to infection control policies.
