Job summary

A public healthcare provider in Stowmarket is seeking a Community Team Manager for its Young Adults Mental Health Services. Qualifications

  • Experience at a senior clinical level including staff management and supervision.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for service delivery.
  • Manage and support the team to ensure staff competency.
  • Allocate and oversee caseloads to ensure safe practice.
