Community Support Worker

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £23,876.84 per annum

Based: Home and field based (focus on Nottingham City)

Tenure: Fixed Term until 30th September 2026

As a Support Worker, you will:
  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals to help them achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop and follow short-term support plans.
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
  • Support individuals to access community services, benefits, housing, and healthcare.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring and evaluation.
About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Has experience in a support or care role (paid or voluntary).
  • Communicates effectively and builds trust quickly.
  • Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Has a good knowledge of local services and resources (or is willing to learn).
  • Is able to work in a hybrid way, travelling across Nottingham City as required.
